Today, though, I’m going to talk about how you can instantly improve your day, and other people’s days.This is a really simple, easy tip, and it may seem like a total no-brainer, but I am looking forward to sharing with you.
Hi, everybody, and welcome back to today’s insights on how to instantly improve your day, and somebody else’s, for free! Yes!
How is that? Well, I’ll give you a tip – It’s a facial expression. Yes! It’s smiling. I know!
This is something that we have for free on our face, with which we can share our joy, our happiness, and our gratefulness with anybody and everybody that we interact with every single day.
Today, my challenge for you is to smile more. It’s free. It makes you feel better. It’s really, really great for increasing the endorphins in your body, and when you smile, the whole world smiles back at you.
People will think that you’re up to something. I always love to smile a lot, especially when I’m driving the car, because they’re like, “Why is she so happy?”
You know what? I’m just happy because I’m really counting my gratitude for everything that I have in my life.
This is my challenge for you today. It is so simple, so quick, and so easy, and it’s free: it’s to smile more. When you wake up in the morning, I want you to allow a big smile to come onto your face.
Then, when you are getting out of bed, (and maybe you’ve already seen my video on how to protect your energy and connect with that energy, and put your bubble of light around you), from there, I want you to move, come down, and think about all the things you’re grateful for, and just smile.
Make everybody else’s day easier by smiling.
I remember talking to Ken when we were doing the Soulmate Attraction Formula launch, and he was talking about groups of women and trying to approach them, and when you did approach them, that they would look quite angry, and not necessarily happy.
Like, Ken, he was a really shy guy when approaching women, and he said that it was much easier if someone smiled, and you just smiled back. Then, you actually were giving an inroad.
You are actually opening yourself up to an opportunity, and you don’t know where those opportunities are going to lead you: Just by being much more open. Even your physiology changes by smiling.
I remember when I used to teach my yoga classes, and I was doing all the practices. People were coming to yoga for meditation, for exercise, for fitness – really, to be kind to their bodies. But when they were doing the exercises, they would be like this: *pulls a face*.
I would be like, “Smile! You’re at a yoga class. You’ve given yourself an hour for yourself.” And I would tell them to enjoy it, and enjoy what they have, and that opportunity to be there. Instantly, their practice got just a little bit easier, a little bit happier, and a little bit more flowing.
That’s what I’m going to invite you to do today: just smile. This is a free tool that you have.

It is going to help when you’re on the phone to your clients; when you are talking to someone about a bill; when you are negotiating with your children about what it is you want them to do, like cleaning their bedroom.
If you smile while doing it, first of all, they definitely will think there’s something up with you. But also, they’re going to kind of buy into you a little bit more.
That energy comes through on the phone. It comes through in your conversations. It comes through in every single action that you take. As you cook your food today, smile, because as you’re putting that energy in, you’re feeling the gratitude for this beautiful meal that you’re creating, and putting that energy of smiling and love and happiness into it.
